SaaSberry addressed this by deploying a custom Azure-based agentic AI solution: an intelligent chatbot that acts as a digital sales development representative (SDR) for insurance.
When a user—such as a condo owner, property manager, or insurance prospect—engages with the AI chatbot, the system instantly references building-specific data, jurisdictional regulations, and relevant insurance guidelines, all securely stored within Azure’s data environment. Users can upload insurance documents, ask questions about coverage, or seek recommendations. The AI agent uses Azure Document Intelligence to parse the documents and Azure Cognitive Search to retrieve the most relevant policy details and regulatory insights.
The AI then explains complex insurance terms in clear language, highlights key coverage points, and provides tailored recommendations based on the user’s specific needs and documents. Every conversation and data point is securely managed within Azure, ensuring privacy, compliance, and full isolation from public AI training data.
