Leveraging advanced document intelligence, the agent instantly verified international users by processing and analyzing photos of their driver’s licenses or passports, effectively addressing complex visa and passport requirement questions. This capability proved critical in the crucial 1-4 days leading up to the race, when a surge of international participants sought urgent clarification. Furthermore, the agent autonomously managed lost race kit requests, processing claims and initiating replacement procedures without human intervention, ensuring quick resolution and minimizing participant frustration.
The primary objective of this project was to provide real-time solutions to over 90% of racers’ needs, thereby ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all participants. By deploying an intelligent agent capable of handling complex visitor questions and autonomously processing logistical issues, the project significantly reduced the workload on race organizers and enhanced participant satisfaction.
